  They changed their name to Rosa's several years ago. They donated part of profits to s charity. Sadly, they decided to retire and move to Florida. Closed in July of 2016

  I miss El Mariachi so much. I moved 11hrs away and STILL every time I'm back in Arkansas, I try to make it down to Arkadoo to eat El Mariachi's fajitas. They are, without question, the BEST I've ever had. I tried so hard to get them to give me the recipe but alas they wouldn't. Now, I just have to make a special trip once or twice a year just to get them.
  
  When I lived in Arkadelphia, I always had a wonderful experience there. Great food, great service, always smiles! Highly recommended!
